1) What are your opening hours?

Our Summer Opening Hours are-

Mon-Thu 8.30am-8.30pm

Friday 8.30am-8.30pm

Sat-Sun 7am-6pm

2) How is the shipping calculated?

The shipping is via Australia Post Express Post service. It is calculated by weight of item and depending on the distance the item is being posted. You can use the shipping estimate to get an idea of the cost. If you are still unsure contact the store.

Standard rates are-

Express Post parcel up to 500g is $8.00

Express Post parcel 500g-20kg is $10.20 Vic and $11.10 all other states plus a charge per kg depending on where you live. The shipping calculator will estimate this for you. 

3) How long will it take to receive my products?

Providing that we have the products in store you should receive the items within 1-3 working days of placing your order. If there is a delay we will contact you.

4) How can I get the weekly fishing report emailed to me?

Just sign up in the box on the top right hand side of the home page. You will be automatically added to the list and receive your first report the following week.
