Big heavy and built for any weather and any speed this is the biggest brother in the Candy family.  Don’t be fooled by this lure and its' skinny diameter and long length, it’s the perfect easy meal for a predator, long and skinny means easy to whack and destroy with a bill or bite in half then easily swallow and that is just what seems to repeatedly happen to this lure.

It runs deep and fast, caching and reflecting a lot of light off the head as it rocks through the water, then when it does surface that little cup at the front created a long skinny bubble trail. The Crooked Island Candy is a great lure at any time but it really shines at high speed and in rough weather.
